Proven. Prepared.
For Leawood.

Rachel is a trusted, independent voice for Leawood who is running a grassroots campaign on behalf of residents, not special interests.  Rachel is long-time Leawood resident, experienced attorney, and committed community leader who has worked directly with city staff and neighbors to address traffic safety, development, and city planning. With a strong record of service and deep relationships at City Hall, she’s ready to bring her problem-solving skills and collaborative approach to the Leawood City Council.

Why I'm Running

I care about my community and preserving the high quality of life we enjoy in the City of Leawood. As a long-time Leawood resident, I was raised to appreciate the value of a strong community and to take responsibility for nurturing it. My parents instilled these values in me and taught me how to foster relationships, work in service to my neighbors and make our corner of the world a better place.
